Q. Will "steam cleaning" hurt or damage my carpets?

A. NO! "steam cleaning" or hot water extraction is the process that is recommended by all major manufactures of carpet, and all of the chemicals used are 100% non-toxic and biodegradable.

Q. How long will it take to dry?

A. Moderately soiled carpets should dry within 3 to 5 hours, with proper ventalation. Heavily soiled carpets will take longet to dry.

Q. Do you guarantee you can get all the spots out?

A. At Extra Carpet Care we can guarantee that you will have the best chemicals and the best equipment available to our industry, and anyone that tells you that they can remove all of your spots or stains over the telephone or without even trying to clean your carpets is not telling the truth! We will do the best job possible for you!

Q. Will there be any extra charges for cleaning?

A. NO! our advertised price includes all pre-spotting and traffic lane cleaners as needed, however, the prices for cleaning does not include pet damage-odor control (germicidal treatment). It is Available at $10 to $25 per room. Niether does it include DuPont Teflon carpet protector, available at $15 to $20 per roo.
